What Will You Do? As the Global Controller , you will represent UnifyCX in building trustworthy, long-term partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. This role will oversee financial reporting across multiple-geographies to ensure accurate, timely reporting and compliance with all applicable reporting requirements. Ideal candidates for this position will be outgoing, intelligent, dependable, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company. We are seeking individuals who are strong, articulate communicators that know the importance of a partnership. The perfect candidate will have broad experience in accounting/finance with priority given to those that have significant experience in tax planning (corporate, personal, transfer pricing, etc.) As the Global Controller , you will: Prepare and publish timely monthly & quarterly financial statements; Prepare and execute investor communications, board meeting materials, and other communications as necessary; Coordinate with external accounting teams for regulatory filings, including but not limited to income tax reports, transfer pricing reports and monthly/quarterly payroll reports in various geographies; Establish, implement, manage and monitor critical accounting and reporting policies, processes and associated metrics; Lead annual budgeting process and monthly forecast updates; Prepare ad hoc reports, in coordination with other staff, to evaluate business performance and/or make decisions about future growth opportunities; Work closely with management team, set standards and drive compliance across the entire organization; Communicate with clients, advisors, vendors, and team members to deliver exceptional service; Coordinate with payroll services and employee benefits providers; Manage various projects for multiple entities and/or individuals with varying levels of complexity.Who You Are:
To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred 10+ years combined experience accounting and financial reporting in a global, multi-company environment Strong working experience with GAAP and technical accounting principles, laws, and regulations; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new regulations Must have strong analytical skills, and the ability to work well within team concept with minimal supervision or direction Excellent communication skills required (both verbal and written) Ability to influence all levels in the organization which includes financial and non-financial business partners Must be detail-oriented, analytical, conscientious and industrious, with the ability to handle changing priorities and tight time frames Highly organized and detail oriented Extensive project management experience Proven ability to maintain confidential information Preferred Skills/Qualifications Experience in public accounting CFP® or CPA preferredAcumatica ERP Who We Are:
