This role will oversee all accounting and finance operations in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be detail-oriented, combining strong technical accounting expertise with a practical understanding of construction operations. Responsibilities Oversee all accounting, finance and insurance operations for the company Manage the month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and review financial statements and management reports Oversee project accounting, job costing, AIA billing, lien waivers and work-in-progress (WIP) reporting Collaborate with project managers and operational leaders to monitor project financial performance Manage annual insurance audits and renewals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 8+ years of progressive accounting/controller experience Prior Controller or accounting leadership experience required Construction industry experience required Strong knowledge of project accounting, job costing, and WIP reporting Experience managing month-end close and financial reporting Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel CPA preferred but not required Structure/CF Data and ServiceTitan knowledge is a plus
