Overview BHSI is seeking a Finance Technology Leader to drive the digital transformation of our global finance function. Responsibilities Develop and execute a digital finance transformation strategy. Design and maintain a scalable finance technology ecosystem. Oversee the portfolio of finance-centric applications. Build strong business cases for finance technology initiatives. Develop and manage budgets for finance technology programs. Lead RFP processes and vendor evaluations. Provide regular updates to senior leadership. Lead and motivate cross-functional, globally distributed teams. Drive change management and adoption strategies. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align technology initiatives. Identify and remediate technical debt and vulnerabilities. Monitor and report on key performance indicators. Drive application portfolio rationalization and lifecycle planning. Maintain and optimize existing finance applications. Skills & Qualifications Deep understanding of finance processes and systems. Strong data-driven mindset. Strategic thinking and long-term vision construction. Strong decision-making and problem-solving capability. Executive presence and ability to influence at all levels. High ownership mindset. Experience collaborating with business leaders and technical teams. Technical background in enterprise applications and cloud platforms. Advanced analytical and portfolio management skills. Experience with global finance operations. Experience 15+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology. Proven track record of delivering large-scale finance technology initiatives. Experience in global or highly regulated environments. Experience with global finance operations and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to manage vendors and contracts for finance technology solutions.
