Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the CFO and managing a team of five professionals Manage entire accounting and finance process Monitor monthly budget to actual reports Work with property managers to ensure timely delivery of month-end reporting Manage annual audits and our external reporting requirements with lenders Help improve all finance procedures and internal controls Maintain clean schedules for management fees, reserves, escrows, payroll allocations, etc. Oversee cash management function Perform monthly cash reconciliations, approve weekly check-runs, track all intercompany cash movements, and maintain cash flow dashboards

Qualifications & Ideal Experience:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration 6-12 years' experience Must have experience in real estate Experience with RealPage accounting software is strongly preferred Proficiency in Excel is required
