Senior Manager /
Associate Director, FP&A Compensation:
$150,000-$185,000 base + 10-20% annual bonus
Location:
Dartmouth, MA (5 days in-office) We're partnering with a rapidly growing, PE-backed consumer products platform (distribution) with approximately $500M in annual revenue to identify a Senior Manager or Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. This is a highly visible leadership role on a team of two, offering direct exposure to an exceptional executive team and the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making across a complex, multi-entity business. Lots of room for professional growth. What You'll Do Assist in leading the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Deliver actionable financial analysis and insights to executive leadership. Develop and enhance executive reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and board-level presentations. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to drive financial performance. Build financial models supporting strategic initiatives, capital investments, pricing, and growth opportunities. Analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting capabilities, and financial systems. Mentor and develop members of the finance team while serving as a strategic business partner across the organization. What We're Looking For 7+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus). Experience supporting a mid-market or large, multi-site organization, ideally with $150M+ in revenue. Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills. Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate financial concepts to senior leadership.
