full-time Site Controller Hudson, NH (On-Site) A growing manufacturer serving highly regulated industries is seeking a hands-on Site Controller to lead all accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, forecasting, and operational finance activities for a manufacturing facility with approximately $20M-$30M in annual revenue. This is a key leadership role partnering directly with the General Manager to drive profitability, improve operational performance, strengthen financial controls, and support strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Own financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis Manage inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance Drive margin improvement, working capital optimization, and cost reduction initiatives Partner with operations on pricing, profitability, capital investments, and productivity programs Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain a strong internal control environment Lead audit activities and support corporate reporting requirements Develop and mentor accounting and finance team members Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required CPA and/or MBA preferred 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience Prior Controller or senior finance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment Strong expertise in cost accounting, inventory accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Experience working within a public company environment is a plus Advanced Excel and ERP system experience required Ideal Candidate We are seeking a hands-on finance leader who can operate both strategically and tactically. The successful candidate will be a strong business partner, possess excellent manufacturing finance expertise, and have a proven ability to translate operational performance into actionable financial insights.
Compensation:
$155k-$180k + bonus + comprehensive benefits package.
