This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting leader who thrives in a manufacturing environment and wants to play a key role in the company's continued growth and success. The position is open due to the incumbent retiring. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required along with a CPA certification. A strong knowledge of inventory and cost accounting is also required. The Controller will oversee all accounting functions, financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls while providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all day-to-day accounting and finance operationsPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsManage general ledger, month-end and year-end close processesLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitiesAnalyze manufacturing costs, inventory, margins, and profitabilityMaintain and enhance standard cost accounting systems and proceduresMonitor cash flow and working capital requirementsDevelop and maintain internal controls and accounting policiesPartner with operations leadership to improve efficiency and profitabilitySupport external audits, tax filings, and banking relationshipsAssist with ERP system initiatives and process improvements
