Controller Responsibilities Lead and support month-end and year-end close activities. Perform general ledger account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reporting packages. Research and resolve accounting discrepancies while maintaining compliance with accounting standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data and enhance reporting processes. Assist with audit preparation and support special projects as needed. Qualifications Strong experience owning and managing corporate accounting functions. Experience with Sage 300 is highly preferred. Construction industry accounting experience is strongly preferred. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and manage large data sets. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
