This is a key leadership opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional with strong technical accounting experience and a proven ability to lead a team. CPA certification is required. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, payroll, cash management, and account reconciliations Lead and manage the monthly and year-end close processes Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements and management reporting Lead the annual audit process, serving as the primary point of contact for auditors Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data and reporting Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiency Qualifications 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including prior supervisory or management experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field Active CPA required Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs Strong knowledge of financial reporting, month-end close, and general accounting principles Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Compensation $175,000-$185,000 annually, depending on experience For immediate consideration, please submit an updated copy of your resume in Word format to Colby Griffin at •KBW789• #LI-CG2
