This role partners closely with operations and executive leadership to provide clear financial insights that drive performance, protect margins, and support growth.

What Youll Do:

• Lead all core accounting functions, including month-end close, reporting, and internal controls
• Own job costing, WIP reporting, revenue recognition, and project margin forecasting
• Oversee plant cost accounting, inventory controls, and production variance analysis
• Partner cross-functionally to identify risks, improve execution, and strengthen cash flow
• Develop scalable financial processes and lead a high-performing accounting team

What You Bring:

• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CMA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Strong background in manufacturing, construction, or engineered-to-order environments
• Expertise in cost accounting, project reporting, and ERP systems
• Proven ability to translate financial data into operational action

Work Environment:

On-site in a manufacturing facility (hybrid considered, ~3 days in-office), with regular collaboration on the production floor.
