Automotive Controller | Hampstead Pre-Owned Hampstead Pre-Owned is looking for an experienced Automotive Controller to join our leadership team and oversee the accounting and financial operations of our busy, high-volume dealership. We sell approximately 175-200 vehicles per month , and we're looking for a strong dealership accounting professional who understands the pace and demands of a successful pre-owned operation. This is an opportunity to take an important leadership role with a growing dealership and make a direct impact on our financial and operational performance. What We Offer $100,000-$125,000 annual compensation , based on experience Company demo vehicle High-volume dealership selling approximately 175-200 vehicles per month Busy, established pre-owned operation Long-term career growth opportunities Supportive leadership team Opportunity to lead and develop an experienced accounting and administrative team We're Looking For Experience In Automotive Controller Assistant Controller Dealership Accounting Manager Automotive Office Manager High-Volume Dealership Accounting Pre-Owned Automotive Operations Financial Reporting & Analysis Budgeting & Forecasting Compliance & Internal Controls Team Leadership & Development Responsibilities Lead all dealership accounting and financial operations Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements Manage month-end and year-end closing processes Maintain strong accounting controls and operational procedures Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions Monitor cash flow, budgets, and key financial performance metrics Ensure accurate and timely accounting for a high-volume pre-owned operation Maintain compliance with lender and regulatory requirements Partner with dealership leadership on strategic and operational business decisions Recruit, train, mentor, and develop accounting team members Coordinate with auditors, tax professionals, lenders, and other financial partners Join Hampstead Pre-Owned If you're an experienced automotive accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment , we'd like to hear from you.
