Job Description

A growing, vertically integrated real estate development and construction platform is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations and financial oversight across its development and construction portfolio.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building and managing the company's in-house accounting function, with a strong emphasis on financial reporting, cash management, balance sheet integrity, and internal controls. The organization is bringing development and construction accounting in-house, creating a unique opportunity to establish best practices and scalable processes from the ground up.
