Leadership Opportunity Spectrum Generations is seeking a high-energy, emerging executive to lead one of Maine's largest and most respected aging and disability service organizations. This is not a maintenance position. The successful candidate will join the executive leadership team and oversee the delivery of federally funded Older Americans Act programs, Medicare counseling and advocacy services, nutrition programs, community-based supports, volunteer initiatives, and wellness services reaching thousands of individuals each year. About Spectrum Generations Spectrum Generations is the Area Agency on Aging serving six counties in Central Maine and the Brunswick/Harpswell region. Through a network of community centers, home-based services, virtual programming, volunteer programs, and strategic partnerships, we help older adults and people with disabilities remain healthy, connected, independent, and engaged. What You'll Do As Vice President, you will lead multiple directors, managers, and service teams while overseeing a portfolio of programs funded through federal, state, and local resources.

You will be responsible for:

Providing executive-level leadership and direction to Older Americans Act and Medicare-related programs. Building and mentoring high-performing teams. Ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements. Using data and performance metrics to improve outcomes and guide decision-making. Developing, managing, and monitoring multi-million dollar program budgets. Identifying opportunities for innovation, growth, and operational improvement. Collaborating with community partners, government agencies, and stakeholders. Helping shape the future direction of services for older adults and people with disabilities in Maine. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Business Administration, Gerontology, or a related field. Leadership experience managing professional staff and multiple programs. Demonstrated ability to use financial, operational, and performance data to drive decisions. Experience working within regulated environments with accountability for compliance and reporting. Proven record of continuous learning, professional growth, and adaptability. Equivalent combinations of education, leadership experience, and demonstrated capability will be considered.

Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
