A growing, financially stable organization is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting operations, strengthen processes, and bring ownership to the general ledger. This is a high-impact opportunity for an accounting leader who wants to do more than maintain the status quo—you'll help build the financial infrastructure that supports future growth.
What You'll Do:
Own the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting. Lead AP/AR and day-to-day accounting operations. Drive process improvements, internal controls, and operational efficiency. Partner with finance leadership on reporting, analysis, and strategic initiatives. Support audits, compliance, and month-end close activities.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong general ledger and financial reporting expertise. Prior leadership or supervisory experience. Public accounting or CPA firm experience strongly preferred. A calm, collaborative leadership style with a passion for improving processes and developing people.
