We are looking for an accomplished finance executive to serve as our next Regional Vice President of Finance, providing strategic leadership across multiple healthcare-focused businesses and partnering closely with senior leaders to drive performance, growth, and long-term sustainability. This is an opportunity for a highly strategic, collaborative finance leader to bring strong business judgment and executive perspective to a complex, highly matrixed healthcare environment—helping leaders understand the economics behind their decisions, navigate opportunities and challenges, and translate financial insight into meaningful action. The Regional Vice President leads financial statement reporting, operating and capital budget development, annual operating budget targets, monthly results variance analysis, business plan development, and financial evaluation of new programs and strategic initiatives. This role serves as a trusted strategic advisor to regional presidents and their respective senior leadership teams, providing financial insight, business judgement, and decision support to advance regional and enterprise priorities. The leader will have demonstrated significant experience leading complex financial services, establishing strong business and financial planning processes, budgeting, driving critical financial decisions, assessing corporate model changes and delivering timely financial and management reporting. The leader will partner with senior executives to evaluate business economics, guide capital allocation, assess technical and business investments, and identify enterprise opportunities that support informed strategic decision-making. This individual must bring strong strategic judgment, executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively across a highly matrixed, diversified health care environment.
