Up to 6% quarterly bonus Comprehensive Benefits Package This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with Tier 1 automotive supplier experience who wants to move beyond traditional accounting and play a direct role in business strategy and decision-making. As a Sales Controller, you'll serve as a strategic financial partner to Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and senior leadership. You'll have significant exposure to commercial strategy, customer profitability, pricing, forecasting, market analysis, and business-unit performance, while working with sophisticated financial and reporting systems. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide financial analytics, insights, and recommendations to support commercial and financial decision-making across multiple business units.

Manage and update pricing and volume data in collaboration with shared services teams.

Serve as a representative on the Global Sales systems and processes team, helping improve financial systems and reporting.

Lead preparation and analysis of Customer Income Statements (CIS) using OneStream.

Monitor and analyze global business opportunities and order intake in partnership with shared services.

Track and report performance by OEM, supporting forecasting, month-end close, and business decision-making.

Oversee sales amortization activities, including pricing changes and accrual management.

Deliver divisional reporting on sales performance, market share, market size, and new order intake.

Standardize reporting templates, tools, and processes across business-unit controlling teams.

Provide financial support and business intelligence to senior leadership, business units, and major OEM accounts.

Lead ad hoc financial analysis and continuous improvement initiatives, including optimization of pricing and reporting tools.
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Must have experience in a Tier 1 automotive or highly similar environment.

Strong financial acumen with experience in business controlling, finance, commercial analytics, or a related discipline.

Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable business insights.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, and sales/financial reporting tools.

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.

Ideal but not
Required:
Master's degree or MBA.Experience with OneStream and database management.
