What We're Looking For A proven automotive F&I professional ready to lead at a high level. Someone who can mentor, coach, train, and develop Finance Managers. Someone who understands how to drive PRU, product penetration, finance reserve, lender performance, and overall department profitability. A strong closer who can step into difficult deals and help the team get them across the finish line. Someone who understands lender relationships, deal structure, compliance, menu presentation, and F&I products. A leader who holds people accountable while creating an environment where talented people want to perform and grow. Someone who is competitive, professional, accountable, and constantly looking for ways to get better. A person who wants to help build something — not simply maintain what already exists. Your Responsibilities Lead the overall performance and culture of the F&I department. Coach and develop Finance Managers to consistently improve results. Establish clear expectations and accountability around department KPIs. Maximize profitability while maintaining a compliant, customer-focused process. Develop and maintain strong lender and product-provider relationships. Review deal structures and assist with complex financing situations. Drive consistent menu presentations and product performance. Identify opportunities to improve processes, training, efficiency, and profitability. Work directly with dealership leadership to continue growing the organization. Recruit and develop future F&I talent as the group expands.
