Position Overview We're hiring an experienced Finance Manager to lead the full F&I process from deal structure through funding. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving profitability through compliant menu presentations, strong lender execution, and consistent product performance. The ideal candidate is confident, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Structure finance and cash deals to meet dealership guidelines and lender requirements Present and sell F&I products using a transparent, compliant menu process Secure approvals through a network of lenders; negotiate terms to maximize approvals and profitability Prepare and review contracts and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Ensure adherence to all federal and state regulations and dealership compliance standards Maintain strong relationships with lending partners and stay current on program changes Manage funding timelines, resolve stipulations quickly, and support a clean month-end close Partner with Sales leadership to improve deal quality, efficiencies, and customer experience Support and coach the sales team on documentation expectations and deal flow best practices Qualifications 2+ years of automotive F&I experience (high-volume dealership preferred) Proven track record of strong product performance with customer-friendly presentations Solid understanding of lender programs, approvals, and funding requirements Working knowledge of F&I compliance best practices and documentation standards Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Professional, customer-focused approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Why Join Us Strong market opportunity with consistent demand and a steady flow of customers Process-driven environment with clear expectations and leadership support Ability to produce at a high level with established systems and lender relationships Long-term growth opportunity for a proven automotive finance professional Benefits Competitive compensation plan Medical, dental, and vision coverage options Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan options Employee discounts and dealership perks Ongoing training and professional development How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief summary of your F&I experience through the platform where you found this posting.
