Position Overview We're hiring an experienced Finance Manager to lead the full F&I process from deal structure through funding. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving profitability through compliant menu presentations, strong lender execution, and consistent product performance. The ideal candidate is confident, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
