7am-4:30pm About Us Steel Tool & Engineering is a leading aerospace manufacturer specializing in precision machining, complex metal fabrication, and welded assemblies. As an AS9100‑certified and NADCAP‑accredited facility, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality, reliability, and compliance across all operations. Overview The Controller is responsible for the accounting operations of the company, maintenance of the general ledger, and the oversite of controls designed to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. Maintain the chart of accounts, post general ledger transactions, and reconcile general ledger accounts. Maintain fixed asset schedules and reconcile related accounts. Issue accurate and complete financial statements on a timely basis. Responsible for the preparation of various regulatory reports and compliance with applicable federal/state laws. Provide assistance and support to management in the financial analysis of various projects. Provide financial information to external auditors for annual audits.

Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting. 5 to 7 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
