POSITION OVERVIEW
Generating high quality equipment finance loan and lease assets Develop and execute strategies to source and originate equipment finance transactions through vendor partnerships, capital markets relationships, and direct sales efforts. Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers, vendors, referral sources, and capital markets relationships. Meet monthly and annual sales goals and performance metrics by successfully implementing targeted sales and marketing strategies across multiple origination channels. Identify and qualify prospects, set appointments, and manage the sales cycle to close new equipment finance opportunities. Develop and maintain a robust network of high-caliber industry professionals by implementing strategic plans designed to strengthen and cultivate relationships with key referral sources Present and sell equipment financing solutions to customers, ensuring that they understand the benefits and terms of the financing option(s). Work closely with the credit and underwriting teams to ensure that financing applications are processed efficiently and accurately. Attend industry association and professional organization events to enhance the bank's visibility and stay informed on market trends and emerging opportunities. Managing, growing, and retaining relationships Deliver a positive, relationship-based experience to deepen customer and partner engagement, develop loyalty, and increase opportunities. Identify opportunities to grow equipment finance customers into full commercial customers of the Bank. Maintain strong communication and service standards with vendors and capital markets partners to ensure repeat business. Ensuring a positive internal and external customer experience Utilize a consultative selling and trusted advisor sales approach to serve prospects and customers. Cultivate multiple relationship connections within the bank to strengthen bonds to increase customer retention. Work with other internal resources to ensure efficient, positive experiences, minimize frustrations, and rapidly troubleshoot problems that may arise.

Requirements:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Experience in equipment finance, commercial lending, business development, or B2B sales Proven success prospecting and closing new business Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills. Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed sales goals. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
