Key Responsibilities Lead all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal control activities across multiple entities. Partner with operations leadership to analyze profitability, labor utilization, pricing, margins, and customer contracts. Develop KPIs, benchmarking tools, and reporting that improve financial visibility and business performance. Evaluate and streamline manual processes while leading automation and systems improvement initiatives. Manage cash flow, treasury activities, audits, compliance, and financial risk management. Direct and mentor the accounting team while supporting organizational growth and scalability. What You'll Bring 10+ years of progressive accounting, finance, controllership, or FP&A experience. Strong manufacturing, production, cost accounting, or operations finance background. Proven experience analyzing labor costs, pricing strategies, margins, profitability, and operational performance. Experience leading ERP, accounting system, MRP, or process improvement initiatives. CPA strongly preferred; CMA, MBA, or other advanced finance credentials are highly valued.
