Key Responsibilities Call Report preparation and submission Investment and bond portfolio oversight Daily, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting for executive leadership Internal and external audit coordination Asset/Liability Committee (ALCO) oversight and reporting Vendor management and financial reporting Contract review and administration Business continuity planning, training, and reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required CPA or Master's degree (MPA/MAcc) preferred but not required 5-10 years of progressive accounting or banking experience Community bank experience strongly preferred Demonstrated history of successful projects and financial leadership High attention to detail, integrity, and clear communication skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary, commensurate with experience 401(k) with profit sharing Exceptional medical and vision insurance Dental, Life, and Long-Term Disability insurance Paid holidays and paid time off
