You will be responsible for managing all accounting aspects of the business, building P&L statements and other financial reporting, assisting in M&A, and managing administrative staff.

Responsibilities:

Willing to do day-to-day accounting functions, while keeping an eye toward improving overall systems and driving strategic improvements within the organization. Own and maintain the ERP system (Sage Intacct). Support accounting operations across multiple entities in various states. Focusing on creating operational efficiencies, technical analysis, integration. Support analysis of depreciation of fixed assets. Engage bankers and draft/review relevant agreements for approval by President. Involvement in auditing credit card usage and perform other audits as needed. Comfortable in a fast paced, fun, results oriented, independent environment. Optimizing payroll practices. Managing administrative staff Work with leadership and provide financial analysis support in mergers & acquisitions and then integrating newly acquired businesses into one common platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Ten or more years of professional accounting experience, three years of managing accounting personnel Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting Experience in managing payroll, with focus on streamlining accounting processes Experience producing financial projections/budgets and monitoring deviations. Experience in multiple entity ERP systems. Previous Sage Intacct experience a plus. Experience in streamlining and integrating processes into a common operational platform.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelors degree is required, advanced degree or Professional Certification a Plus Exposure to a service industry preferred.
