We're a locally owned, fast-growing pediatric dental practice—not a corporate office. We're looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is compassionate, dependable, and enjoys working with children. If you're an RDA, CDA, EFDA, or experienced chairside dental assistant , we'd love to meet you. Position Overview As our Pediatric Dental Assistant, you'll play a key role in creating positive dental experiences for children while supporting the doctor and ensuring every appointment runs smoothly. Responsibilities Assist the dentist chairside during pediatric dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Take digital radiographs and impressions Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Chart treatment and update patient records Comfort and engage children during treatment Educate parents on post-operative care and oral hygiene Help maintain an efficient schedule and exceptional patient experience Qualifications Previous experience as a Dental Assistant required Pediatric dental experience preferred but not required RDA, CDA, EFDA, or other dental assisting credentials are welcomed X-ray certification preferred (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and organizational skills Friendly, patient, and confident working with children Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Why You'll Love Working Here ✔ Four-day work week (Monday-Thursday) ✔
