Job Summary Construction office seeks experienced Controller. Applicants should have experience with Quickbooks Desktop / job cost, invoice processing for Custom Home GC. Must be able to handle subcontractors COI files , invoice processing, job costs reports and entry, year end 1099 files and office management. Please do not apply if you do not have experience- Thank you / office location Oxford,NC Notary Public . Salary based on experience. Real Estate license or Real Estate admin experience is a plus ! Responsibilities Manage full-cycle bookkeeping processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries using accounting software such as QuickBook Maintain and update financial software systems, ensuring data integrity and security across all accounting platforms. Support internal audits by preparing documentation related to account analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, and account reconciliation activities. Utilize advanced spreadsheet skills for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining detailed financial records Experience Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles within public accounting firms Strong familiarity with accounting software including QuickBooks Desktop Experience with tax filing procedures Solid understanding of financial concepts such as debits & credits, journal entries, general ledger management, and balance sheet reconciliation Prior experience in budget management and financial report writing is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high accuracy levels.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
