What You'll Do Lead the company's accounting and financial reporting functions Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process Ensure accurate, timely financial statements and reporting Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term projections Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and forecasting within a leasing-based business model Build integrated forecasts across the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow Strengthen internal controls, accounting processes, and operational efficiencies Partner with executive leadership to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations Support store operations with meaningful financial insights and performance metrics Provide leadership and oversight for the Accounting, HR, and IT teams Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA strongly preferred 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience Experience managing accounting functions within a multi-location organization Background supporting businesses with multiple revenue streams, including leasing, sales, and inventory Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop teams Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience in a privately held company or ESOP environment is a plus Why Join
