Job Description
Total Compensation range: $190k-$230k An expanding multidisciplinary physician group is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Revenue Cycle to join its executive leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic healthcare executive who enjoys driving organizational growth, improving financial performance, and building scalable revenue cycle operations. The Vice President will help shape long-term business strategy while partnering closely with executive leadership to optimize revenue, strengthen payer performance, support expansion initiatives, and enhance operational excellence across multiple locations. What You'll Do Partner with executive leadership to develop long-term strategies that strengthen financial performance and support organizational growth. Collaborate with revenue cycle leaders to improve reimbursement, revenue integrity, collections, and overall operational efficiency. Monitor key performance metrics and leverage analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Build executive dashboards that provide visibility into revenue cycle performance, provider productivity, patient access, and financial outcomes. Evaluate opportunities for geographic expansion, new service offerings, and strategic partnerships. Participate in due diligence activities related to acquisitions, affiliations, and business growth initiatives. Help develop scalable processes, technology, and infrastructure to support continued expansion across multiple locations. Work with leadership to strengthen payer relationships, reimbursement strategies, and evolving payment models. Identify opportunities to improve operational performance through automation, data analytics, and emerging technologies. Support physician growth initiatives, including provider onboarding, productivity planning, and capacity optimization. Foster collaboration across finance, operations, clinical leadership, and revenue cycle teams to achieve organizational objectives. Mentor and develop leaders while promoting a culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications MBA, MHA, MPH, or another relevant graduate degree. 15+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience. 10+ years leading revenue cycle, healthcare operations, business growth, or related executive functions. Experience supporting organizational growth, mergers and acquisitions, or regional expansion. Strong understanding of healthcare finance, reimbursement, physician practice operations, and revenue cycle management. Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and change management skills.
