The Vice President of Finance is mission-driven, strategic, and an operationally strong partner who serves as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President of Finance will provide leadership, oversight, and stewardship of all financial operations for a multi-branch nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the foundations of community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Vice President of Finance serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, Finance Committee, and senior leadership team while maintaining hands-on oversight of all accounting, financial reporting, compliance, audit, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury functions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Seven or more years of progressive financial leadership experience. Strong experience in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and reporting. CPA, MBA, or nonprofit experience preferred.
