- Partner with the President to improve financial performance and provide analysis for business decisions, projects, and investments
- Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, benefits, cash controls, and financial records
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, financial reporting, audits, and analysis for leadership and the parent company
- Maintain internal controls, ISO 9001 compliance, banking relationships, vendor accounts, and overall financial accuracy
Job Requirements Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in similar Controller, Accounting, Financial role
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm
- Experience using manufacturing planning and reporting software systems
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- CPA or CMA is preferred #
