This leadership role ensures ethics, professionalism, and procedural compliance remain at the forefront of daily operations. Job Responsibilities for the
Controller:
Oversee Accounting, Purchasing, Safety, Human Resources and IT Departments. Direct all financial reporting requirements and ensure legal compliance. Deliver detailed budget analysis and financial forecasting to management. Minimize financial exposure and manage corporate banking relationships. Secure company intellectual property and safeguard proprietary data. Enforce regulatory safety policies while maintaining high professional standards. Unite distinct departments to achieve common corporate objectives. Assist with human resources responsibilities, compliance, and employee documentation. Qualifications for the
Controller:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting is highly preferred. Background in construction accounting or project-based cost accounting is preferred. Proficiency with construction industry ERP software's is highly preferred. Expertise in cost analysis, negotiations, forecasting, and relevant accounting software. Proven ability to direct teams and delegate tasks to meet strict deadlines.
