Summary We are seeking a Controller to join our team at Nube Group. In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards, and driving the financial success of the organization. Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Strategy Lead the monthly financial close process, delivering accurate financial statements by the 10th of each month Own and manage bookkeeping across multiple business units Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial scenario planning Provide strategic financial insights to CEO and leadership; participate in leadership meetings Compliance & Controls Oversee tax preparation and audit coordination with external CPA Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies Review contracts and support vendor management processes Systems & Reporting Lead the optimization and administration of e-Automate workflows and integrations Implement and maintain cash flow planning tools Integrate Power BI dashboards for real-time reporting and financial visibility Perform job costing, revenue recognition, and margin analysis by division/contract Team Leadership & HR Support Supervise and mentor administrative staff responsible for A/R, billing, purchasing, and lease reconciliations Oversee payroll processing and accuracy; benefits administration Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA strongly preferred 3+ years of experience in a Controller or senior accounting role, ideally within a multi-division organization Experience with federal and state contracting or GSA schedules is a strong plus Expertise in GAAP, financial compliance, and internal controls Proficiency in e-Automate or similar ERP systems Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus Strong leadership and mentoring skills; capable of managing cross-functional priorities Ability to work independently and lead with ownership Demonstrated ability to improve financial operations and implement scalable systems Core Values Alignment This role requires strong alignment with Nube Group's core values:
