Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders to facilitate capital raising efforts and secure favorable financing terms. Strong background in corporate accounting, governmental accounting, non-profit accounting, and cost management practices. Proficiency in financial software systems, Excel data analysis, financial modeling development, and data analytics tools. Deep understanding of risk management principles, industry knowledge of financial regulations, and industry-specific financial concepts. Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing finance teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment. Ability to analyze accounts receivable/payable, perform balance sheet reconciliation, cash flow analysis, and account analysis with precision.
