In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and execution of capital market strategies, manage complex real estate financing transactions, and lead a high-performing finance team. Your expertise will drive investment initiatives, optimize financial structures, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the financial growth and sustainability of our organization through innovative funding solutions and strategic planning. Responsibilities Lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of real estate finance transactions, including debt and equity offerings, to support organizational growth objectives. Develop comprehensive financial projection models to evaluate investment opportunities, assess risk, and inform strategic decision-making. Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders to facilitate capital raising efforts and secure favorable financing terms. Oversee compliance with accounting standards such as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and ASC 606 revenue recognition guidelines. Conduct risk analysis related to market fluctuations, interest rate changes, and regulatory shifts to safeguard organizational assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, cost control, treasury management, and fiscal planning to ensure financial health. Prepare detailed financial reports, interpret complex financial data using data analytics tools, and communicate insights effectively to executive leadership. Skills Extensive experience in IAS (International Accounting Standards), IFRS, GAAP, and regulatory reporting within real estate or financial services sectors. Proven expertise in business development, investment management, and strategic planning for large-scale projects. Strong background in corporate accounting, governmental accounting, non-profit accounting, and cost management practices. Proficiency in financial software systems, Excel data analysis, financial modeling development, and data analytics tools. Deep understanding of risk management principles, industry knowledge of financial regulations, and industry-specific financial concepts. Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing finance teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment. Ability to analyze accounts receivable/payable, perform balance sheet reconciliation, cash flow analysis, and account analysis with precision. Skilled in financial report writing and interpretation to support decision-making processes at all organizational levels.
