Job Description
Overview Eastern New Mexico new car dealer group is seeking a Controller. Ideal candidate should have five years of dealership Controller experience. Responsible for all accounting operations of the company, including cash and banking, billing, title work, payables and receivables, payroll, reconciliations, reporting, etc. Prepare, analyze, and transmit monthly factory financial statements. Also responsible for ad hoc financial analysis, human resources, IT, risk management, and facilities. Significant communication and interaction with ownership. Partner with Department Managers. Ground-floor opportunity with a growing dealer group and well-maintained dealership facilities. Dealertrack DMS experience a plus; strong Excel skills mandatory. Accounting degree a plus. A small-town environment with a strong sense of community, local recreation, dining, and access to outdoor activities.
