- Accounting Operations to join their team.
Operating as a key member of the senior accounting team, you will work closely with leadership to provide critical support to the Director of Accounting and CFO. Key Responsibilities Financial Closures & GL:
Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes across multiple real estate and distribution entities while ensuring general ledger integrity.
Systems & Reporting:
Leverage ERP systems (AS400 and Epicor Kinetics) along with advanced Excel to manage ribbon/cloud reporting tools.
Analysis & Audits:
Investigate financial variances, resolve complex accounting issues, and provide comprehensive support for financial audits.
Team Guidance:
Provide direction to accounting staff and manage diverse daily projects independently.
Required Qualifications Experience:
10-15+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Industry Expertise:
background handling multi-entity structures, specifically involving real estate and distribution entities.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (AS400 and Epicor Kinetics highly preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
Core Skills:
Deep understanding of the general ledger, complex reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Mindset:
