Job Description

Business unit finance leadership role focused on manufacturing financial strategy, FP&A, cost accounting, working capital, controls, compliance, and multi-site finance operations. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 7 to 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in manufacturing Experience with standard costing Operational finance experience Prior experience as a Business Unit Controller, Plant Controller, or senior FP&A leader Experience operating in a decentralized business model Strong understanding of inventory, absorption, cost accounting, and working capital management Advanced financial modeling experience Financial analysis experience Legal right to work in the United States required Legal authorization to access export-controlled information and source code required Experience with financial close, internal reporting, and balance sheet integrity Knowledge of

compliance experience Preferred Skills Aerospace and defense experience Understanding of DoD cost structures and compliance requirements Experience with DoD-related contract structures, including: Cost-plus contracts Time and materials contracts Fixed-price defense programs Multi-site manufacturing experience Public company environment experience M&A, integration, or divestiture experience CPA certification Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Oracle ERP experience Hyperion or HFM experience Power BI experience Data visualization tool experience Experience leading finance teams across multiple sites Job Responsibilities Serve as the primary financial advisor to business unit leadership Support strategic decisions related to pricing, margins, product mix, capacity, make/buy decisions, and capital deployment Support new program development and long-cycle defense initiatives Build ROI models, risk analyses, and scenario planning tools Lead annual operating plan development Lead monthly forecasting, strategic planning, and long-range financial planning Conduct monthly operating reviews covering sales, margins, overhead, absorption, and cash generation Identify financial risks, opportunities, and performance gaps Drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams Own standard costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and cost accounting across multiple sites Partner with operations and supply chain teams to improve productivity, yield, throughput, and material efficiency Lead working capital performance initiatives Support inventory optimization, cycle-time improvement, and program costing accuracy Ensure timely and accurate financial close Maintain internal reporting accuracy Maintain balance sheet integrity Ensure compliance with
U.S. GAAP, SOX
404, financial policies, and defense-related financial standards Lead audit preparation and remediation activities Improve financial processes through continuous improvement initiatives Lead and develop finance teams across multiple sites Participate as a senior member of the business unit leadership team Support business strategy and organizational development
Pay:
