We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Controller to lead the accounting and financial operations of a successful Honda dealership. This is a key leadership position for someone who understands automotive dealership accounting, financial statements, month-end close, payroll, schedules, compliance, and working with a dealership management team. What You'll Do Oversee all dealership accounting operations and accounting staff Prepare and review monthly financial statements Manage month-end and year-end closing processes Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable and floorplan Work with Honda OEM vehicles, incentives, programs and processes Oversee payroll, commissions and related accounting Ensure accurate recording of vehicle sales, F&I, parts and service transactions Monitor internal controls and identify opportunities to improve profitability Work closely with the Dealer/GM, General Sales Manager, Service and Parts Managers Coordinate with outside accountants, auditors, lenders and financial institutions Ensure compliance with manufacturer, federal, state and local requirements Analyze dealership performance and provide management with meaningful financial insights We're Looking For 3+ years of automotive dealership accounting experience preferred Previous experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller or Office Manager Strong understanding of dealership financial statements and accounting principles Experience with Automate/Solera or other dealership management systems Strong Excel and analytical skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines High level of accuracy, integrity and confidentiality Why Join Us? Pay:

$75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
