Job Description
Business Manager
- Vice President

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the contingent workforce lifecycle in
Fieldglass:
Contingent management (onboarding/changes/offboarding), including timesheet, billing, and compliance support.- Own vendor relationships: cadence meetings, issue resolution, and support for extensions/conversions as needed.
- Support sourcing and contracting workflows for professional services: Intake forms, contract bidding, vendor onboarding.
- Maintain forecasts and provide financial oversight: P&L/ledger variance review (includes: accruals/T&E tracking, budget/Fieldglass reconciliation).
- Prepare materials and recommendations for leadership expense reviews and new business proposals.
- Process and approve invoices/requests using internal tools, providing policy guidance and escalation support where needed.
- Provide prioritized support for time-sensitive initiatives and other ad hoc reporting/assessments. Required Skills and Qualifications
- Business Analyst or Project Management experience in financial services
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts (P&L, margin, forecasting, etc.)
- Strong program management and ability to work across complex, matrixed organizations
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interact effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across platforms
- strong EQ is a must
- Effective, creative and flexible problem solver
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messages appropriately
- Independent self-starter who can manage day-to-day deliverables and prioritization with limited oversight
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint
