Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to support our growing client. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a detail-oriented finance specialist who can coordinate accounting operations, reporting timelines, and planning activities. The role will work closely with cross-functional partners to keep financial deliverables on track, maintain lending-related reporting obligations, and contribute to budgeting cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end financial reporting calendar, coordinating reviews and submissions to ensure all internal and external deadlines are achieved.
- Coordinate bank-related reporting and monitor financing obligations to support accurate and timely compliance deliverables.
- Lead budget preparation efforts by consolidating revenue and expense assumptions into a clear and actionable financial plan.
- Assess insurance coverage needs and help confirm alignment with credit facility requirements and broader financial risk considerations.
- Work across departments to gather financial inputs, resolve reporting issues, and maintain consistency in key deliverables. Requirements
- Proven experience in a Controller, accounting leadership, or senior finance role.
- Strong background in internal financial reporting and management of recurring reporting cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and keep multiple priorities on schedule.
- Knowledge of covenant or lending compliance reporting and related documentation requirements.
- Experience supporting budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Familiarity with insurance coverage review from a finance, risk, or compliance perspective.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across finance and operational teams.
