The Difference You Make:
- The Loan Trading position is responsible for the execution, management, and distribution of leveraged loans and other syndicated credit products in the secondary market.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Execute secondary market purchases and sales of syndicated loans, leveraged loans, and other credit products on behalf of the firm and its clients.
- What You Bring
- Education
- + Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field required.
- Qualifications
- + 5+ years of experience in loan trading, leveraged finance, credit trading, syndicated loans, or related capital markets activities.
- Preferred Experience
- + Trading experience across leveraged loans, high yield bonds, distressed credit, private credit, or structured credit products. + Understanding of CLOs and institutional loan investor behavior. + Experience participating in both primary syndication and secondary loan markets. + Proven track record of building and growing client relationships and trading revenues.
- Certifications
- + CFA, FINRA Series 7, Series 63, Series 79, or equivalent licenses preferred where applicable.

What Else You Need To Know:
- The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$225,000.00USD Maximum:
