About The Role FTI Capital Advisors (FTICA) is the middle market investment banking arm of FTI Consulting. FTICA's extensive capital raising and M&A advisory track record (including special situations) is enhanced by leveraging FTI Consulting's deep industry expertise and capabilities, creating a unique value proposition in the marketplace. The Director role is comparable to a senior associate or VP level position (depending on talent of the candidate) in investment banking and provides advanced exposure across complex transaction types, industry verticals, and deal structures. What You'll Do Serve as a key member of the team, supporting the execution of capital raising and M&A engagements while managing core transaction workstreams Lead the preparation of transaction-related analyses and materials, including financial models, valuations, teaser and confidential information memorandum, and management presentations Perform detailed financial, industry, and market analysis to assess clients, counterparties, and transaction opportunities Build, review, and refine intermediate financial models and valuation analyses in Excel. Conduct and synthesize industry and competitive landscape research, including market sizing, benchmarking, and strategic assessments Research and identify target buyers, lenders, investors, or buy-side targets Oversee data room management, coordinating diligence requests and ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely responses Contribute to client proposals, underwriting materials, and client-facing deliverables, providing guidance and oversight to junior team members as needed How You'll Grow We are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities. What You Will Need To Succeed Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other relevant degrees 5+ years of post-graduate experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Lending and/or
Private Credit Requires Investment Banking Licenses:

$109,000
Maximum Pay:
$224,000
