The team advises clients on M&A, capital raising, and strategic transactions as energy infrastructure increasingly intersects with power, utilities, industrials, and digital infrastructure. About the opportunity This is an opportunity for a Vice President to take a leading role in transaction execution and client development within a well-established energy franchise. The successful candidate will bring strong M&A judgment, the ability to manage complex processes, and the confidence to work closely with senior bankers and clients. The team is particularly interested in bankers who can connect midstream expertise with the broader changes shaping energy infrastructure.
