Requirements:
Lead all financial operations including A/P, A/R, payroll, inventory, billing, collections, and audits. Oversee cost and inventory accounting in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Develop and enforce internal controls, policies, and procedures. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability. Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory standards, and corporate policies. Provide timely, actionable financial insights to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing accounting, with strong cost accounting expertise. Public accounting experience and manufacturing industry background required Proficiency in accounting systems like SAP/Oracle Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality under pressure. Ability to travel domestically monthly Frequent travel to KS
