Bonuses Job duties: Lead and oversee the firm's accounting and finance functions. Manage day-to-day financial operations, including billing, receivables, payables, reporting, and financial controls. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and accounting systems. Oversee monthly and annual financial close processes and coordinate with external accounting professionals on tax and audit matters. Maintain financial records related to partner accounts and firm operations. Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and performance analyses for senior leadership. Provide financial guidance and insights to support business planning and decision-making.
Required:
Recent experience as an Accounting Manager or Controller Recent law firm experience CPA You should know some of the following: LMS, Excel
A/P, A/R
Billing, bank compliance Monthly and year end closing Year end audit and tax returns Annual financial budgets and forecasts, and reporting
