The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records and accounting personnel. Responsibilities Supervising accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger employees Preparing balance sheets, income statements and other financial documents Managing cash flow Overseeing the preparation of local, state and federal tax filings Reporting budgeting variances to executives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 7+ years of relevant accounting experience GAAP knowledge, CPA preferred Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
