Shift Manager - Flight® Adventure Park (Ronkonkoma, NY) Starting at $19/hr Part time | Nights, Weekends & Holidays Required About Flight®: Flight® Adventure Park is an indoor adventure destination for all ages, featuring trampolines, ninja warrior courses, dodgeball, climbing structures, laser mazes, ice skating, virtual reality games, and more—all under one roof. Every park is company-owned and operated with a focus on safety, fun, and unforgettable guest experiences.
Position Summary:
We're seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented Shift Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily park operations. This role is ideal for a growing leader with strong organizational, communication, and financial skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with managing the park's P&L and identifying growth opportunities Review weekly dashboard results to spot trends, risks, and wins Monitor cash handling and audit financials weekly Manage inventory and place orders for supplies and merchandise Create schedules, address staffing needs, and ensure proper coverage Onboard team members Engage with guests, resolve concerns, and promote a service-first culture Support marketing efforts and community outreach Monitor safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance Master park technology and emergency procedures Attend mandatory meetings and trainings
Expectations:
First Aid, CPR, and AED certification preferred Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays required Strong leadership and decision-making skills Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team Clear and effective communicator Committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences Present and engaged in all aspects of park operations Why Join Us?
