Job description: The VP of Accounting & Finance will provide strategic financial leadership as a key member of the executive team for a growing, multi-location manufacturing company.
Responsibilities include:
Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, cash flow management, financial reporting, and banking relationships while ensuring strong internal controls and regulatory compliance. Partner with executive leadership and ownership to drive business performance through financial modeling, capital planning, cash flow management, acquisition analysis, and data-driven recommendations that support long-term business objectives Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team while driving process improvements, automation, and financial transformation initiatives that support long-term business objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. CPA preferred; MBA strongly preferred. 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience within manufacturing preferred. Strong financial and business acumen, with expertise in accounting, financial reporting, banking, cash management, and operational finance within a complex business environment. Strategic, hands-on leader with exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and effectively manages multiple priorities.
