This role will oversee the day-to-day accounting function while partnering closely with operations and executive leadership to support financial planning, cost control, and operational performance. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CFO, with a clear opportunity to grow into a Director of Finance position as the company continues to expand.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting and Financial ReportingLead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reportingPrepare and review financial statements Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirementsManage the general ledger, account reconciliations, and financial reporting processesCost Accounting and Operations SupportOversee cost accounting and inventory accounting within a manufacturing environmentAnalyze production costs, labor, and overhead to support operational efficiency and margin improvementWork closely with operations leadership to monitor KPIs, cost trends, and profitability by product lineFinancial Planning and AnalysisSupport the annual budgeting and forecasting processAnalyze financial performance and provide insights on variances, cost drivers, and operational performanceAssist leadership in evaluating capital investments, process improvements, and operational initiativesLeadership and Process ImprovementManage and mentor accounting staff while strengthening the finance functionIdentify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, and internal controlsCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and executive leadership
