Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled NYS Licensed Physical Therapist to join our amazing team of professionals. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality physical therapy to patients in the outpatient setting. You will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans, implementing treatment strategies, and helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Starting pay based on experience.

Duties Assess patient conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to promote recovery. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic or hospital setting to provide coordinated care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress in compliance with medical standards. Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
