Assistant Controller:
Assist in overseeing and managing the General Ledger department Maintain the corporate general ledger and allocation processes for subsidiary facilities Review monthly financial reporting packages, consolidations, and account reconciliations Support year-end audits, Medicaid audits, sales tax, property tax, and regulatory reporting requirements Partner with AP, AR, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate financial transactions and reporting Prepare financial and project reporting for for-profit entities, HUD mortgages, and related compliance requirements Qualifications for the
Assistant Controller:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience within healthcare, skilled nursing, hospital, home care, or multi-site provider organizations Strong proficiency in Workday Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and HLOOKUPs required Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, and general ledger management experience CPA and/or MBA preferred #LI-JT1 #
