Job Description

Job Overview Position Title:
Director of Business Operations and Finance Reports To:
President The Director of Business Operations and Finance serves in a hybrid executive capacity, overseeing operations, sales initiatives, financial performance, and strategic planning. Responsibilities Finance & Accounting Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Develop and manage organizational budgets and forecasts. Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Manage annual audits and coordinate with external auditors. Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations to leadership. Establish and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies. Operations Develop and improve operational policies, procedures, and workflows. Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Support strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives. Develop and implement the company's overall sales strategy. Establish revenue goals and sales performance metrics. Identify new market opportunities and expand customer relationships. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Leadership Supervise finance and administrative staff. Provide financial and operational guidance to senior leadership. Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement. Participate in executive leadership meetings and strategic deci Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management/Administration, or related field. 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, operations, sales, or business management Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Experience managing business operations and administrative functions. Proficiency with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office. $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
